All Cut Foods have been supplying a vast range of freshly prepared fruit and vegetables for the hospitality and foodservice industry since the company's inception in 1998. A Gourmet Salad range was added soon after, to fulfil the need requested by our then small but growing customer base, for 'restaurant quality' prepared salads. Today, All Cut Foods enjoys the status of having the most extensive menu of quality bulk supplied Gourmet Salads in the wholesale foodservice market of Queensland. Primarily designed by Executive Chef, Peter Maguire, using the freshest of ingredients, each Gourmet Salad on our menu, reflects the essential need for our customers to receive a quality product that 'looks appetising, tastes great and is affordable'.
Executive Chef, Peter Maguire has been an integral part in the development and steady growth of All Cut Foods, joining the company 6 years ago and becoming co-owner shortly thereafter. Even as a youngster, Peter had a strong work ethic, and through hard work and a genuine interest in the way a kitchen is run, he rapidly developed a passion for food. A thirst for knowledge and a desire to be challenged contributed to his successful transition from awarded apprentice through to Executive Chef. Peters industry experience includes positions at various venues, both locally and in New Zealand. Such exceptional experience and training has ensured that Peter has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of the food service industry.
All Cut Foods is accredited under the SGS Food Safety System, producing safe, quality food under HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines. . Our commitment to food safety is ongoing with regular staff training and implementation of new systems to maintain our high standards. With food safety in mind, our new manufacturing facility was purpose built and is located in Acacia Ridge in close proximity to Brisbane's Rocklea Markets. As well as being highly functional, with state of the art processing machinery, we constantly ensure that the temperature and sanitation in our premises is controlled and continually monitored.
