HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders can be placed over the phone or emailed.

DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER IN ADVANCE?

Orders need to be placed before 10.00am the business day prior.
Monday orders are recommended to be placed on the Friday before.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE?

Payments can either be made:

Before pick-up or delivery by bank transfer.
Cash on pick-up or delivery.
Customers can also apply for a credit application for repeat orders.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES AND WHERE?

North Brisbane

Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Brisbane

Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Gold Coast

Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

CAN I PICK UP FROM YOUR FACTORY IN SALISBURY?

Yes, the factory is open from 6.00am to 1.00pm Monday - Friday.
4 Jaybel Street, Salisbury. Just around the corner from our front office.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Salads and Sliced Tomato are packaged in our 3000ml plastic containers.
All other products are packaged in 2kg, 5kg or 10kg blue plastic bags.

BANQUET LINE PRODUCTS, DO I NEED TO ORDER IN ADVANCE?

All Banquet Line products need to have 48 hours notice prior to delivery or pick-up.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED?

All products are delivered in our fully refrigerated vehicles between 0 - 5 degrees.
We advise our products are to be refrigerated as soon as possible to keep them fresh.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND FOR ORDERS?

A $300 minimum spend is needed for orders to be delivered free of charge within our current delivery scope **subject to delivery schedule and location (please confirm with our team)
If products are being collected from the factory, there is no minimum spend required.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST FOR?

Our products come with a 5 day best before date.
 

I REQUIRE A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR PRODUCT LIST ARE YOU ABLE TO SUPPLY SUCH PRODUCTS?

We are not limited to what is on our product list.
Any special requests can be processed or created.
