SIMON GILLIES

Simon has come from a food manufacturing background and has brought his expertise and business principles from his previous experience of 12 years at a large national manufacturing business to All Cut Foods.
He is responsible for the overall operations of the business. He also reports directly to the company directors and is accountable for operating All Cut Foods business efficiently, within budget constraints, adhering to HACCP guidelines and with a strong focus on customer service and relationships.
